Elastic stiffening agent

Suitable for cotton, chemical fiber, polyester, nylon and blended fabrics. Mainly used for stiffening processing and sizing finishing of various fabrics such as webbing, curtains, silk flowers, luggage cloth, advertising cloth and shirts. It can also be used with silicone oil to make the finished fabric smooth and stiff.

2. Strong adhesion, good film forming property and no influence on fabric color.

【method of application】

No special requirements.

The drying temperature is not lower than 80°C, and generally it can be thermosetting at 170-180°C for one minute, which can achieve excellent washing resistance. The correct thermosetting temperature depends on the application method.

Dosage: 20-200 g/L (please take a small sample before using it to determine the appropriate actual dosage)

Process flow: liquid preparation → soaking and rolling → baking

【Packaging and storage】

Packaged in 50kg and 120kg plastic drums. Store in a dark and ventilated place, protected from freezing and sun protection, and the storage temperature is 5℃ ~ 40℃. The effective storage period of unopened products is six months from the date of packaging, which should be sealed immediately after use and used up as soon as possible
