FIXING AGENT KR-903

This fixing agent is used for reactive dyes and direct dyes. It’s an environment friendly

product that is free of Formaldehyde and APEO. It can greatly improve the dyeing of dry

and wet fastness, applicable to the dipping, dyeing, padding and all kinds of processes.

  1. Appearance: Amber color viscose liquid

 2. Ionicity : Cationic

 3. pH value(5% solution) : 5.0-6.0

 4. Solid content : 50%±2%

 5. Solubility: easily dissolve in water

【Property 】

 1. Mainly used in the dyeing of reactive dyes, direct dyes, color fixation.

 2. It is environmental friendly and can greatly improve the fastness without influencing the

    color tone and hand feeling after treatment.

【Dosage 】

  Dipping method: 5g/L

  Fabric should be fully soap to wash clean before fixation. Dosage can be adjusted

  according to specific process.

【Storage & Packing 】

  1. 125kg plastic drum.

  2. Store period: 12 months in cool, shady and ventilated place.
