How to prevent staining in printing and dyeing workshop

It is a common problem in the production management of printing and dyeing plants to prevent contamination. The modern management factory has strengthened the scientific management trend.

Contamination is a long-standing problem for dyeing factories. How can dyeing factories completely solve the problem of staining? This needs to be improved from the management system. In the daily production site management, we should pay close attention to the prevention of contamination. All staff are required to attach great importance to it ideologically. We must never have the preconceived idea that "it doesn't matter if there is a little bit of it". Whether the problem of contamination can be completely solved also reflects the management level of a dyeing factory.

1、 Find the root of the problem and solve it thoroughly

First of all, find out the process and problems of contamination. The following are some common situations in dyeing plants

1. The fabric loading and unloading vehicle and blank are contaminated during storage. Some people don't pay much attention to the contamination of grey cloth. A footprints that are accidentally stepped on, even after pretreatment, still exist on the finished product when dyed light color, especially white.

2. Dyeing in and out of cloth car is not washed clean or fell to the ground during the transportation process, causing contamination.

3. The uncleanness of processing equipment (such as dyeing vat, auxiliary VAT, dehydrator, enlarger, dryer, setting machine, etc.) and working environment results in contamination.

4. In the process of pretreatment, dyeing and post-treatment, the inner wall of the barrel is stained with dye when the auxiliary is taken, which is caused by not cleaning.

5. The oil pollution in dyeing and finishing process is caused by mechanical failure.

6. In the process of pretreatment, dyeing and finishing, the handle was pulled out for finishing due to cloth blocking, which resulted in contamination.

7. During the storage process, the plastic film case was not covered or covered properly, which was stained by environmental flying materials or roof dripping sewage.

8. The dyer's hands are stained with dye (because they block several machines at the same time). When operating, they accidentally touch some light colored cloth, causing staining.

2、 In view of the above contamination reasons, take corresponding effective preventive measures

1. Be careful when loading and unloading the blank cloth into the factory. Take good care of the blank cloth to prevent contamination on the ground.

2. Strengthen the management of blank stock. The blank cloth should be stacked in order, which is easy to find, match and pick up cloth, and avoid "footprint" contamination caused by random searching and trampling.

3. If any contamination is found before entering the cloth, such as bleached cloth or light color, it should be cleaned before entering the VAT. It is worth mentioning that if "weaving contamination" is found in the process of cloth distribution, sewing head and feeding, the customer should be informed immediately so that the customer can take measures to avoid similar contamination and reduce the "responsibility" of the dyeing factory.

4. Keep the working environment clean and the floor of the dyeing workshop free from colored sewage.

5. When the dark cylinder is in light color, the cylinder should be cleaned, including the auxiliary cylinder, filter screen, in and out of the cloth window, cloth rack, etc., to prevent color and hair. Dyeing workers should form a good habit of changing and rinsing the filter frequently.

6. The cloth loading car should be washed and wiped clean when entering and leaving cloth.

7. When the cloth needs to be pulled out due to cloth blocking, pay attention to wash the pedal and the ground clean. It is better to use the car to assemble the finished cloth. Sometimes, in the process of dyeing, the residual dyeing liquid flies out and splashes on the grey cloth or finished product piled up at the edge of the cylinder, resulting in staining. If the hands of the dyeing workers are stained after cloth arrangement, they should be cleaned before they come into direct contact with the grey cloth.

8. The bucket for dyeing and chemical additives should be washed clean.

9. It is strictly forbidden to bring powdery dyes into the dyeing workshop to melt the materials, so as to prevent color staining caused by flying materials.

10. Dye room and chemical material room should not be set at the upper air outlet of dyeing workshop and finishing workshop. Prevent the powder dye from being blown to the workshop by the wind, causing the flying material to be stained. In addition, the place close to dye room and chemical material room cannot store grey cloth.

11. When dehydrating dark color to light color or bright red, turquoise blue, emerald green and other easy decolorized color to other colors, wash and clean the inner wall of dehydrator.

12. Keep the working table and equipment clean after finishing, and pay attention to "transition" to prevent color staining when drying and shaping. It is necessary to regularly clean the wool and flying debris on the blanket when shaping the blanket cylinder.

13. The cloth should be covered with plastic film strictly.

14. There is a marked plastic rope tied to the end of the cloth. It should be untied and taken out before it can be shaped. Our factory has learned several times that the plastic rope melts and contaminates the cloth surface when it is shaped.

15. No matter in which link, once found contaminated immediately try to clean, don't let go.

16. Strengthen the operation and management of silicone oil softness to prevent a special kind of "contamination" - silicon spot. Once silicon spots are created, the consequences are unimaginable.

17. The packing bag of finished cloth should be firm. The phenomenon of contamination caused by the rupture of the packing bag occurs from time to time.
