In fact, soft oil essence and film are different in the use of raw materials and manufacturing process. Soft oil essence and paraffin wax can not make film. The finishing effects of amino silicone oil and soft oleoresin are completely different, and they are different in different fabrics. Amino silicone oil is a long-term finishing, while soft oleoresin is a temporary finishing, which can not be compared. Soft oil essence is mostly quaternary ammonium salt structure with strong cation, while film is weak cation structure neutralized by acid. There is no essential difference between soft oil essence and film except weak difference in electrical adsorption. The effect of soft oil essence is twice that of film, which is groundless. Soft oil essence and film will be evaluated immediately after finishing and drying respectively. Soft oil essence will be worse than film, and soft oil essence will show effect after moisture regain. Soft oil essence is a strong cationic structure, and yellowing is inevitable. If the formula and process are appropriate, low yellowing can be achieved. If the formula and process are not appropriate, the yellowing degree of soft oil essence is much higher than that of film. As we all know, the double bond structure of unsaturated fatty acids can provide hydrophilicity. If the formula is improper, it will reduce or no hydrophilicity.
