【Product Profile】

KR-506 is a multi-function furnace water treatment agent, operating pressure less than 16 MPa boiler system can be used. The product can make the boiler achieve high concentration / low discharge rate, in which the medicament components can effectively prevent scale, eliminate scale, suppress boiler water foam, form passivation film on the pipe wall, so as to achieve the management purpose of scale inhibition, anticorrosion, reduce sewage discharge and improve steam quality.【Physical and chemical properties】

【Product characteristics】

l Less increase in total dissolved solids in boiler water.

【 Method of dosing】

l According to the content of phosphate pH、 furnace water, and affected by water quality and sewage discharge, the specific dosage should meet the requirements of water vapor quality index, see "Table 1-water vapor quality Standard ".

l Dosing is usually measured in recharge water, usually between 5-8 mg/L.

l Add the drug directly to the drum.

l The medicament is alkaline, corrosive and irritating to skin and eyes, and should be handled and used carefully.

【Packing and Storage】

l  20kg, 25kg, 200kg or 1000kg plastic packing drum.

l Storage should be sealed to avoid sunshine and contact with high temperature, avoid freezing.

l In the case of airtight, the warranty period is 1 year.

l The medicine after opening should be used up within two weeks.

In order to improve the concentration rate of furnace water and reduce the discharge, we raise the chloride ion control standard to 35 mS/cm under the premise of ensuring the steam quality and preventing corrosion.
