After many tests and statistics, the pigment printing on knitted Jersey is due to the softness of the fabric The dry and wet rubbing of the general color of soft treatment (paste added less than 3%) is reduced by about 1 grade, and the dry and wet rubbing of the dark color (paste added more than 5%) is reduced by more than 1.5 grade. The washing fastness basically can not reach the national B grade standard. Therefore, it is suggested that the fabric should be printed before the soft treatment, printed and baked after the soft treatment, and some softeners will cause bulky damage to the fabric fiber, which will lead to fabric softening The tear strength of the fabric is reduced. The solution can adopt softer printing adhesive. If the fabric has been softened and printed, it can be baked with steam above 130 ℃ to speed up the crosslinking of the adhesive, but pay attention to the pre shrinkage calculation of the fabric. In a word, the influence of fabric softness modification on the fastness of printing (dyes, coatings) is unpredictable. As a fabric supplier, we must inform the printing unit in advance, and test the actual adhesion fastness with small samples, so as to avoid loss.
